Uk Postage

All parcels are sent with royal mail

I send out on a tracked 24 hour delivery but please allow 3-5 business days for postage as I'm a small business who packs all orders by myself. I always aim to send within 2 - 3 days but busy periods can differ.

International postage

we post internationally however not all countries are currently available on the site please get in touch if yours isn't available and I will check costs and add to site for you.

Refund policy

we understand that crystals don't always look the same as they do online so we are always happy to help you if unhappy.

we offer a refund for up to 14 days after you have placed order, please get in touch if you are unhappy with product or if item is damaged in transit within this period.

you are responsible for costs sending crystal back to us and please allow a further 14 days after we have received product for your refund to be processed.
